A: Guardian Bans can be appealled in our Discord.
A: First, you will submit an Appeal Request in our Discord using your SteamID or EOSID. Guardian will create a Private Thread for you and will show you any Bans that Guardian was triggered by and which Community they originated from. Guardian's Ban will not be lifted if the original Community keeps their ban. Please appeal the Bans with the triggering Communities first. Once all of the triggering Bans have been appealled, the Guardian's Ban will be removed.
A: No. We are not required to share our evidence with the banned player.
A: No. We collect your Steam Account info that is publically available. Reference Steam Privacy Agreement 5.4 This information does not fall under the GDPR's Right to Erasure since it's still needed for the purpose in which is was collected, to Ban Cheaters from Game Servers. Reference GDPR Article 17, 1(a)
