You may use any images or other data provided by Guardian in other projects, but should not be resold or profited from in any way, and should be credited to Guardian.
Guardian is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Guardian and it's owner are not responsible for any damages or losses related to your use of the Website or Discord Bot. Guardian is not responsible for any damages or losses related to the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the data provided by the Communities that contribute Player Stats to Guardian.
Guardian and it's owner are not responsible for any content posted on the Website or Discord Bot by users. Guardian reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. This includes content such as Player Steam Profile Pictures, Player Steam Names, Community Names, or Community Logos.
By using Guardian, you agree to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. You may not use Guardian to harass, intimidate, or threaten others. You may not use Guardian to distribute spam, viruses, or other harmful content. You may not use MySqGuardianuadStats to violate any laws or regulations.
Guardian reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of Guardian after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Guardian reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website or Discord Bot at any time without notice for any reason.
Guardian also reserves the right to terminate the entire Project at any time without notice for any reason. In case of Project Termination by the current Owner, a new Owner may be appointed from the Community to continue the Project, taking over the Website, Bot, Database, and associated code, graphics, and other intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated, Guardian and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the materials on the website. All rights are reserved. You may access and use the materials on Guardian for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms.
